Job Description
Receptionist/Commercial Scheduler: We need a new team member who wants to work in the fast paced and exciting media industry. Someone who can do multiple things all at once, someone who loves puzzles, challenges, extraordinary feats of uncompromising exactness. In other words we need a superhero. This person must work well with others and when we say others we mean sales people, our best clients and our favorite listeners. Must be crazy organized, efficient, friendly and polite. This person will be the first person clients and listeners see and hear and customer service skills and attitude are key. Good with computer systems including Word and Excel.
