Comcast Xfinity District Manager - Fort Myers, FL Florida This role is for someone who knows how to win in sales and build winning teams! You will oversee Store Managers, help develop their teams, and make sure every store in your district is performing at a high level. If you enjoy coaching leaders, solving problems, and driving results — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do: Lead and support Store Managers across multiple retail locations Drive sales performance and accountability across your district Coach managers on leadership, sales performance, and team development Visit stores regularly to work with teams and reinforce strong sales habits Help hire and develop future leaders within the company Support managers with difficult situations including customer escalations and employee issues Work with leadership to improve store performance and solve operational challenges Recognize top performers and push teams to reach higher levels Who We’re Looking ForA sales leader, not just a manager Someone who enjoys developing people and building strong teamsA person who holds people accountable while still motivating them to win Someone comfortable working in stores with their teamsA leader who treats the business like it’s their own Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in a commissioned sales environment Experience leading managers or multiple locations preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience coaching teams to hit sales goals Ability to travel regularly between stores We are not looking for someone to manage spreadsheets. We are looking for someone to build teams and drive results.
