About the role

CScale is building next‑gen optical semiconductor hardware in Palo Alto. You will own the physical lab, expand facilities, and lead the test and validation work across boards and optical engines. You will turn requirements into working hardware and manage the lab team, budget, and schedule. You will drive lab operations, tool selection, and process discipline while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. A senior hardware background and leadership are essential for success.
