About the role

We are looking for someone who's passionate and driven when it comes to managing a world class product. This role requires someone with exceptional communication (verbal and written) and coordination ability, so as to succeed in managing vendor and PJI internal team relationships and communication. The person should have at least 5-10 years of product ownership experience. Should have a hands on experience working with SCRUM/ Agile teams, with a working knowledge of JIRA or similar ticketing software.Should be able to represent, prepare and demo the Papa Call experience across Call center and Conversational AI for Menu updates to the larger PJI team in the table tops and funnel meetings. Should be able to work closely with the Product leadership on the Product Roadmap and then convert the strategy into consumable epics and stories. Should be comfortable working with the Engg. Teams, Vendor UI teams and PJIs internal teams to prioritize and groom User stories.Should be able to own the UAT for the Agent and Voice AI UX for menu changes and new feature enhancements. Lead the weekly/ bi-weekly vendor backlog prioritization and grooming meetings. Call center product management experience is a plus.
