We are seeking a Program Analyst (Journeyman)with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment.
Location: This position is located in Camp Pendleton, CA.
Salary: A salary range of $63,750.00 - $82,450.00 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities: Provide analysis, recommendations, and administrative support to support the regional commands in their execution of the Force Design and Barracks 2030 initiatives. Provide project management support by tracking and reporting on the progress of the portfolio of programs associated with the Strategy. Develop and deliver documentation detailing proposed structures, standards, processes, and tools to aid in the management of the portfolio of efforts. Provide infrastructure planning, program development, budgeting, and execution support for community, MILCON, and FSRM local and Centrally Managed Projects (CMP).Operate and maintain web-based information management systems to support essential portfolio management processes (e.g., Microsoft products, dashboards, and database management systems including iNFADS, PAX, and other financial and real property installation lifecycle management systems).Assist the Regional Real Property Accountability Officer (RPAO) by providing technical expertise involving real property accountability duties in support of the Real Property Inventory (RPI).Provide logistical and documentation support for meetings, to include preparing draft agendas and minutes, coordinating venue and attendee logistics, and compiling post-event materials for Government review. Security Clearance: US Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree a business-related or technical degree 3-5 years of experience as Program Analyst or related role
