The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities across the organization. This role partners closely with Recruiters to source talent, build candidate pipelines, and help deliver a positive candidate experience. The Sourcer utilizes a variety of sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and talent databases to identify prospective candidates while developing foundational sourcing skills and knowledge of the healthcare labor market. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This job requires superior attention to detail, data entry accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, strong written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work in a team environment, have a strong customer service ethic, and the ability to work effectively under the pressure of ongoing deadlines. Requires extensive computer knowledge/data entry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Human Resources experience preferred. Knowledge of PeopleSoft desirable.
