Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Assess and address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- School Community
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Serve as a resource for staff on student wellbeing concerns
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate case notes and required documentation
- Ensure services align with school policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Active LMSW license (New York State)
- Experience working with school-age populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
