About the role

Employment Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a design professional to take ownership of construction drawings from development through completion. You will mentor less experienced designers and interface with structural, mechanical, and other engineering teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. The role focuses on producing code-compliant drawings, coordinating with PMs, and guiding teams to deliver functional, visually appropriate solutions within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.
