About the role
Avendra Front Desk RepresentativeThis position is responsible for the continuous daily interaction with callers, visitors and Avendra associates. The position is responsible for ensuring all visitors are made welcome and comfortable while representing Avendra in a professional manner and phone calls are answered in a timely and effective manner. Excellent coordination skills and experience with scheduling appointments are a must. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office programs; i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel. Previous experience working with a multi-line switchboard. Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve issues and problems as they arise. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management internally and externally to schedule meetings and manage job applicants. Ability to follow up and follow through with hiring managers and Talent Management staff.
