We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Porter to help keep our beautiful community clean and welcoming. No experience? No problem — we'll train you! If you're ready to get started and like working outdoors, this could be the perfect job for you.
What You'll Do:
- Help keep the property looking great by cleaning up outside
- Sweep parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, and common areas
- Mow the lawn and help with yard work
- Clean the pool and pool area
- Do small maintenance tasks if needed
- Always give friendly service to our residents
- Be proud of the work you do every day!
What We're Looking For:
- No experience needed — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
- You like working outside and enjoy keeping things clean and neat
- You're dependable and show up on time
- You're respectful, kind, and work well with others
- Interest in groundskeeping or maintenance work is a big plus!
