ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS | PAID TRAINING | IMMEDIATE OPENINGS Now Hiring | Full-Time | Entry Level | No Experience Required Ready to start a career but don't have years of experience? We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing individuals to join us in entry-level marketing, event, fundraising, customer service, and business development positions. Paid training is provided, so previous industry experience is not required. You'll receive hands‑on coaching while developing valuable skills in communication, customer service, marketing, fundraising, sales, and leadership. If you're a team player who enjoys meeting new people, learning new skills, and working toward goals, we'd love to hear from you. Entry-Level Duties & Responsibilities As an entry-level team member, you will receive training while supporting our marketing, event, fundraising, and community outreach initiatives. Responsibilities may include: Representing our clients and campaigns in a professional and positive manner Engaging with customers, community members, and potential supporters Providing information about featured campaigns, organizations, products, or services Assisting with promotional events, community events, and marketing campaigns Building positive relationships through professional and friendly communication Supporting fundraising and customer acquisition initiatives Answering questions and providing excellent customer service Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development Working collaboratively with team members to accomplish campaign goals Learning and applying effective marketing and communication techniques Maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a fast‑paced environment Taking on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop Entry-Level Requirements We're looking for individuals who are: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people Professional and well‑spoken Able to work effectively as part of a team Goal‑oriented and willing to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment Open to coaching, feedback, and professional development Able to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic No Experience Required Previous experience in marketing, fundraising, sales, customer service, events, or public relations is not required. We provide paid training and hands‑on coaching to help you learn the position and develop professionally.
