About the role
To lead the transformation of business operations, the full-time remote Director of AI Transformation will be responsible for making the company AI native by redesigning workflows, deploying virtual workers, and driving measurable operating leverage across all departments.
Key responsibilities
Develop a strategic plan for future work processes leveraging AI capabilities
Redesign core workflows to maximize the potential of AI rather than simply automating existing tasks
Implement a digital workforce with real responsibilities and establish AI training and adoption metrics across the organization
Required qualifications
Direct experience in AI implementation within a real operating environment
Extensive knowledge of applied AI, including large language models and automation
Ten or more years of experience in operations, transformation, or technology leadership
Proven track record in process redesign and successful adoption of new workflows
Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable operating results validated by finance
