Job Description Job Description This Designer Drafting position is ideal for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in Revit Auto Desk Software, and experienced with architectural projects in both residential and commercial sectors in California. The role requires a deep understanding of building codes and standards applicable to construction, with a focus on delivering precise drafting and project documentation. This in-office role is based in San Bernardino, CA, and involves close collaboration within a small team, reporting directly to the Senior Architect.Responsibilities
Create detailed architectural drafting for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure compliance with California building codes and construction regulations.
Develop and maintain Revit models to support project designs.
Prepare and organize comprehensive project documentation.
Facilitate bilingual communication in Spanish and English to support project coordination.
Collaborate closely with team members and architects in an in-office environment.Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
Strong architectural drafting and documentation skills.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
