The role requires a deep understanding of building codes and standards applicable to construction, with a focus on delivering precise drafting and project documentation. This in-office role is based in San Bernardino, CA, and involves close collaboration within a small team, reporting directly to the Senior Architect.Responsibilities Create detailed architectural drafting for residential and commercial projects. Ensure compliance with California building codes and construction regulations. Develop and maintain Revit models to support project designs. Prepare and organize comprehensive project documentation. Facilitate bilingual communication in Spanish and English to support project coordination. Collaborate closely with team members and architects in an in-office environment.Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Strong architectural drafting and documentation skills.
