About the role

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford is seeking a Director of Security to develop and oversee a robust security program across our facilities. You will manage guard force operations, access control, CCTV and incident response to protect employees and assets. You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, lead investigations, administer background checks, and coordinate security audits. Travel and occasional overtime may be required as you ensure compliance and safety across sites.
