This is a highly visible role with long-term growth potential for the right leader. What You'll Own Lead day-to-day production operations in a plastics manufacturing environment. Improve throughput, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance. Develop supervisors and production teams. Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics. Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Establish KPI-driven production management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation. Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence. What Strong Looks Like 7+ years of production leadership experience in plastics manufacturing. Proven success leading manufacturing teams in a production environment. Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles. Experience developing supervisors and building high-performing teams. Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A track record of delivering measurable operational results.
