About the role

A private Family Office is seeking an experienced VIP Helicopter Captain for a yacht-based operation aboard a superyacht, operating on a dual-season basis between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. This is a newly established operation offering the opportunity to help shape it from the ground up.
The Role: Single-pilot and multi-crew VIP/VVIP flying for the owner, family, and guests (Airbus H135) Deck landings (day and night) on the yacht's helipad, plus operations at private and public locations across both cruising regions Close coordination with the yacht's captain, crew and shore-side operations team Full responsibility for flight safety, operational standards and passenger experience at the highest level of discretion Roster 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, though in practice flexible around operational need - off time coordinated directly with the operating captain team rather than a rigid fixed pattern.
Requirements: ATPL(H), current type rating or ability to obtain one
Minimum 3,000+ total flight hours, meaningful twin-engine and deck-landing experience Prior VIP, yacht-based, or comparable high-standards operational background strongly preferred Class 1 medical, fluent English Based in Europe; flexible to reposition between the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons
