Shift: 2nd, M-F 4p-12:30am Summary Statement/
Position Overview: To ensure that all dealer returns are investigated, processed, and responded to in a timely manner Essential Functions/
Responsibilities: Reviews all returns from dealers to get to root cause Respond to issues in the Ford PCS claim site Confirms all necessary paperwork that arrives with the stock Completes the return process or denies complaints based on investigation Break down all stock Works with the warehouse to return material to stock.
