This strategic role involves serving as a key partner to the VP, Head of Design, and leading the operational aspects of the design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the systems and processes that allow the design team to focus on high-impact work. This includes overseeing staff, business, and strategy operations, and ensuring that the organization is aligned with its most important goals. The role also requires the ability to anticipate and address emerging needs and risks, as well as to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in design operations, design program management, product operations, business operations, or a related discipline within a complex product or technology organization.
