Qualifications: RequiredActive BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills PreferredExperience with in-home ABA services Experience with telehealth supervision Multi-state licensure is a plus Schedule OptionsFull-Time Part-Time Afternoon / Evening availability preferred Flexible caseload structure Compensation$65–$95/hour depending on experience and responsibilities Opportunities for increased compensation based on caseload and leadership involvement
