About the role

Door Dash is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Logistics org in San Francisco. You will oversee 100+ engineers across Backend, Mobile, ML, and Operations Research to architect real-time optimization and AI-powered dispatch platforms. You’ll define multi-quarter roadmaps, build production-grade ML and scale high-throughput infrastructure, partnering with product and data science to deliver reliable, high-impact logistics solutions for Dashers and customers.
