If so, the Hilton Milwaukee is the perfect place for you! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. As a Front Office Intern, you will be rotating throughout the hotel's front office and rooms departments while working directly with our management team. Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee's largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space. At the Hilton Milwaukee, we pride ourselves on continuous innovation through our approach to world-class service, upscale amenities, and superior style. What will you be doing? Shadow our Front Office management team. Learn several roles within all outlets of the hotel. Interact with customers and take action to solve problems as they arise. All other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Must be pursuing a Bachelor or Associate's degree in Hospitality or related field. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
