About the role
JRN 2621A Private Individual is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment. This is a traditional EA role with a strong emphasis on complex calendar management, scheduling, communication, follow-up, and ensuring the principal’s day runs seamlessly. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is personable, polished, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar, including meetings, events, travel, and invitations
- Stay closely attuned to the principal’s movements and proactively anticipate scheduling needs and changes
- Coordinate meeting logistics, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other day-to-day details
- Draft correspondence, memos, thank-you notes, and other communications on the principal’s behalf
- Manage gifting, acknowledgments, donations, and other special requests
- Assist with travel logistics and schedule adjustments
- Maintain absolute confidentiality around sensitive personal, business, and organizational information
- Serve as a calm, solutions-oriented point of contact and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of experience as an EAExceptional calendar management and organizational skills
- Highly discreet with sound judgment and a proven ability to handle sensitive information
- Warm, engaging, and personable while maintaining a polished executive presence
- Strong listener who takes direction and feedback well
- Urgent and proactive mindset; knows when to move quickly without creating unnecessary noise
- Solution-oriented and able to operate effectively in ambiguity
Compensation: $150k DOE + Full benefits
Location: Phoenix; Open to Relocation
Schedule: Onsite, M-F
