About the role
- Coordinate job postings, interview schedules, and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, checklists, and coordination with colleagues.
- Keep employee records, HR documents, and recruitment trackers accurate and organized.
- Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate person.
- Help organize training, employee feedback activities, and performance review schedules.
- Improve templates and everyday processes to make hiring and employee administration easier.

- Clear written communication and a friendly, professional approach.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Good judgment when handling confidential information.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and online collaboration tools.
- The ability to manage your work independently and keep colleagues informed.
- You'll need a degree in human resources or a related field, an HR certification such as the aPHR or SHRM-CP, or at least two years of hands-on HR experience.
