Data Entry Assistant Shark Team | United States (Remote) We’re Hiring: Data Entry Clerk (Remote – US) About Shark TeamShark Team is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily administrative operations.
About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across internal databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines and productivity expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain information in internal databases and systems
  • Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records
  • Conduct routine data verification and quality-control checks
  • Update spreadsheets and assist with basic reports
  • Follow established data-entry procedures and productivity standards
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of company and client information
  • Provide general administrative support when required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
Required Skills:
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Suitable home-office or remote work environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with CRM or database systems
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or operations support

Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard US business hours
Location: Fully Remote – United States
