About the role
- Manage orders from receipt through completion
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of operational activities
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones
- Maintain operational documentation and product data

- Support planning and execution of cross-functional operational initiatives

- 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, logistics, project management, or related functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Resourceful problem solver who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Experience with project management and operational software tools preferred
- Has worked in a small or mid-sized company environment
- Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of outcomes
- Can create structure and processes without extensive direction
- Operates with urgency, attention to detail, and accountability
- Balances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Fully remote
