About the role

IMPORTANT: DO NOT EMAIL US ABOUT THIS ROLE. Apply only through LinkedIn. Any applicant who emails SEO Rank Media, the founder, or any company email address regarding this position will be automatically disqualified. A relevant voice recording is required. Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed. We are hiring an experienced B2B SDR / Cold Caller to conduct outbound calls to established U.S.-based restoration companies. This is a hands-on outbound role for someone who is genuinely good on the phone. We are not looking for someone who simply reads scripts or tries to force as many appointments as possible. Your job will be to reach restoration-company owners and decision-makers, navigate gatekeepers, follow a structured but conversational call framework, identify genuine business needs, handle callbacks and objections, maintain accurate call dispositions, and book qualified prospects when appropriate. The initial conversation is not a traditional hard sales pitch. You will be representing an industry resource/network that provides restoration companies with free business profiles and relevant industry connections/resources. When a decision-maker identifies a genuine marketing or lead-generation need, you may then offer an introduction to one of our highly rated affiliated marketing providers and book the qualified prospect directly onto that provider's calendar. We provide: Prospect lists Company/profile information Calling framework and scripts Qualification criteriaCRMSales dialer Call recording/transcription tools Training and ongoing call coaching
What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of B2B cold-calling / SDR experience preferred
  • Significant experience calling U.S. businesses
  • Excellent, natural spoken English
  • Comfortable speaking with owners, CEOs, presidents, GMs, and other decision-makers
  • Strong gatekeeper and objection-handling ability
  • Able to sound conversational rather than scripted
  • Comfortable making a consistent volume of outbound calls
  • Strong follow-up and callback discipline
  • Comfortable using a CRM and selecting accurate call outcomes/dispositions
  • Able to listen to call feedback and quickly improve
  • Willing to suggest script/process improvements based on real conversations
Experience with restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, home services, digital marketing, SaaS, GoHighLevel, JustCall, or similar platforms is a plus. Compensation Approximately $1,000–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience and availability, with potential performance incentives tied to held qualified meetings and resulting clients. We are looking for a long-term contractor if the initial engagement performs well. REQUIRED VOICE RECORDINGApplications without this will not be considered. Please include a 60–90 second audio or video recording in which you: Pretend you are cold calling the owner of a U.S. restoration company. Give the opening you would naturally use. Then respond as if the owner says:“I'm busy. What is this about?”Do not worry about knowing our exact offer. We are primarily evaluating: Spoken English ToneConfidencePacingAbility to sound natural Response to mild resistance You may use Loom, Vocaroo, Google Drive, Dropbox, or another publicly accessible link. Make sure we can access the recording without requesting permission. Please also include in your LinkedIn application: Country and time zone Years of B2B cold-calling experience Industries you have called into Approximate daily outbound call volume in previous rolesCRMs and dialers you have used Any measurable results you can share Desired monthly compensation Link to your required voice recording If you have an anonymized recording of a real cold call that you are legally permitted to share, include that as well. Again: do not email us about this role. Apply only through LinkedIn. Emailing us directly regarding this position will result in automatic disqualification.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
