Express Service Lube Technician Genesis of Northwest San Antonio has an immediate opening for an Express Service Lube Technician. Medical benefits 401(k) plan Christmas bonus plan Opportunities for advancement Tenure bonus The Express Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive repair orders from dispatch and take to stall area.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required, or if repairs will need additional time
- Document work performed.
- Road-test vehicles when required.
- Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean.
- Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the USAExperience a plus but not required – will train the right candidate!!!Valid driver's license and a good driving record Requires a background check and drug testing
