About the role

Cognizant is hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations on-site in the United States. You will guide staff, manage driver check-ins, assign work, and coordinate schedule rotations to ensure safety, efficiency and top‐notch service. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
