Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in bank loan, syndicated loan, leveraged loan, CLO, or structured credit operations. Hands-on experience supporting bank loans as an investment product within capital markets, investment operations, fund administration, or trust operations. Experience with syndicated loan trade support and settlement, including coordination with agent banks, counterparties, traders, and internal teams. Experience with loan management platforms such as Wall Street Office (WSO), Allvue/Everest, Clear Par, LoanIQ, Solvas, or similar investment/trust operations systems. Strong understanding of loan portfolio operations, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and data validation. Experience preparing scheduled reporting and data analysis for investment teams, legal/compliance teams, clients, or other stakeholders. Strong attention to data quality, accuracy, and integrity across loan portfolios. Experience with CLO/CDO portfolio administration is highly preferred, including OC/IC compliance, waterfall calculations, interest/principal distributions, and cash reconciliation. Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, business integrations, or operational build-outs, including data comparison, report generation, and process documentation. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with traders, agent banks, counterparties, internal teams, and external clients.
