General Yard Laborer At RDR, we have a strong focus on growth and recruitment and employ only the best local talent within our region. RDR is seeking General Yard Laborers to round out our Ready-Mix Division.
Job Summary:
Provide physical assistance to mechanics, mixer drivers, and loader operators to support operation activities. Support processes related to precast production. Understand how to accurately take measurements. Assist with mechanical work in the shop. Load and unload equipment and materials. Keep worksite and shop clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards. Perform regular lawn maintenance around the mixer facility. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment. Come to work on time and consistently with a good attitude and work the hours needed to fulfill the job requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to work outside in varying weather conditions. Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
