About the role

GEICO is hiring a Staff Engineer - Capacity Engineering to lead capacity forecasting across cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate with finance, procurement and engineering teams to align forecasts with spend and growth. The role focuses on workload analysis, quota/subscription management, and developing tools to support capacity planning and optimization across GEICO’s hybrid technology landscape.
