Addison Group is representing infrastructure tech company that is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity in an innovative and dynamic company.
🌍Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes🔹 Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy🔹 Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals🔹 Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives🔹 Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership
Requirements: 🔹 Minimum 12 years of finance and accounting experience🔹 Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting🔹 Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital projects and capex🔹 Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required🔹 Exceptional communication skills🔹 Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations Our client offers:$180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
