About the role
OverviewOur client is a fast-growing AI technology company helping enterprise organizations modernize and automate complex decision-making processes at scale. By partnering with industry leaders, they’re building next-generation platforms that replace manual workflows with real-time, AI-driven systems — enabling smarter, faster, and more dynamic operations.
We’re looking for an engineer who’s not just driven by code, but by the impact his work has on real-world outcomes. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be designing and deploying algorithmic solutions that directly influence how the product makes pricing decisions in real time.
Your focus will be on building the systems that sit at the core of the platform’s pricing and optimization engine. You’ll work with structured and linguistic data, tapping into insights from large language models (LLMs) to drive smarter, more dynamic strategies. The challenges here aren’t theoretical — they’re about scale, reliability, and delivering measurable value to users.
You’ll be hands-on with a modern tech stack in an environment that blends algorithmic depth with AI innovation. This includes developing, fine-tuning, and integrating algorithms into production systems that are performance-critical and highly visible. You’ll collaborate across product and engineering teams, shaping everything from pricing logic to deployment strategies — all while ensuring that what you build is robust, scalable, and performs flawlessly under real-world conditions.
ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and develop algorithms focused on pricing and optimization to drive intelligent, data-backed product decisions
Work with large-scale structured and linguistic datasets, applying efficient data processing techniques to extract actionable insights
Implement and fine-tune mathematical models, heuristics, and algorithmic solutions leveraging outputs from large language models (LLMs)
Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to seamlessly integrate algorithms into live production systems
Ensure deployed algorithms deliver high performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world, production-critical environments
Requirements3+ years of experience in algorithm development using Python
Fluent with Python and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas or similar ones
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity, with hands-on experience applying optimization techniques, graph algorithms, or statistical modeling to solve complex problems
B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
AdvantagesPractical experience with mathematical optimization methods such as linear programming and convex optimization to enhance algorithmic efficiency
Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Airflow, Dagster, or Docker to support scalable and reliable deployment
Company & Role DetailsThe company is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. They provide an environment built for continuous learning and professional growth — you’ll work with a top-tier tech stack, alongside smart, collaborative peers. On top of that, expect a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and a culture that actually supports your development.
This is a hybrid role, with 1–2 days a week in the Miami office , still the company is open and flexible for the right person

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
