Motorcycle Instructor
General Description: This position is responsible for teaching the approved curriculum for the Motorcycle sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide and maintain proof of certification from Motorcycle Ohio to teach the approved curriculum. Set up and clean up the classroom and range for each session, including fueling motorcycles. Complete and submit student/course paperwork to the Program Director. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education/Training and Experience Required/Preferred Motorcycle Ohio Certificate-RequiredB.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required/Preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills required; ability to effectively communicate. Ability to maintain professional attitude and demeanor in difficult situations; ability to multi-task. Valid Ohio driver's license and a driving record which qualifies the driver under the College's insurance program are required. Ability to work weekends. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a part-time, limited-term, assignment. The College does not commit to continued employment beyond the initial season, April-October 2024.
