What You'll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners exploring financing options. Working closely with our Revenue leadership team, you will:
  • Speak with business owners seeking financing solutions
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand their business and funding needs
  • Qualify opportunities and gather initial application information
  • Guide prospective clients through the early stages of the funding process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
  • Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
  • Consistently meet activity and performance goals while developing your sales skills

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems
  • Ability to work full-time from our Melville or Midtown Manhattan office
