Position SummarySermo is seeking an experienced, client-facing Senior Creative Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our highest-priority creative projects ; those defined by complexity, client spend, or strategic value. Reporting to the VP of Client Experience, this role is the single point of accountability for moving key projects from client brief through creative development, review, and final delivery.The Senior Creative Project Manager operates as a true end-to-end owner: sitting in front of clients to understand what they're trying to achieve, making expert recommendations in real time, and then orchestrating execution across Sermo's internal creative teams, the Sermo Studio team, CSOs, Design, and external vendors without handholding, but with a high degree of support and resources. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who thrives on managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality simultaneously while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and momentum high.Reports to: VP, Client Experience (CX)Location: US - RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project ManagementOwn the full lifecycle of assigned key projects, from intake and scoping through creative development, review, and delivery, prioritized by complexity, client spend, or strategic valueBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing across every phaseTrack scope, dependencies, and risks; proactively flag and resolve issues before they impact deliveryServe as the single point of accountability for on-time, on-budget, high-quality outputClient-Facing PartnershipJoin client meetings as the creative lead and creative execution expert, building trusted relationships with client stakeholdersUnderstand client objectives in real time, make expert recommendations, and set clear expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverablesTranslate client goals into actionable briefs and production plans for internal creative teamsDrive next steps following client conversations, ensuring clear ownership and seamless execution from recommendation through deliveryManage client communication throughout the project, including status updates, approvals, and change requests, working very closely with the assigned CSDCross-Team Creative CoordinationPartner day-to-day with the CSDs, Sermo Studio team, CSOs, and Design to plan, sequence, and execute creative workCoordinate handoffs and reviews across teams, ensuring each has what it needs to deliver on timeFacilitate MLR (Med-Legal Review) and other approval workflows, keeping projects moving through required checkpointsBalance competing priorities across concurrent projects and align teams on realistic delivery commitmentsProcess & Delivery ExcellenceEstablish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and documentationIdentify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the creative production lifecycleCapture learnings and contribute to repeatable, scalable ways of working across the CX creative teamsReporting & Stakeholder ManagementProvide clear, regular status reporting to the VP of CX and relevant stakeholders on project health, risks, and outcomesEscalate risks and decisions early, with recommended solutionsTrack and report on project KPIs such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction/growthQualifications5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in a creative, agency, studio, or content production environment, including direct client-facing workProven track record managing complex, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent timelinesHealthcare / pharma marketing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with the MLR (Med-Legal Review) process and VeevaStrong command of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (PMP or equivalent a plus)Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and expectation-setting skillsDemonstrated ability to keep projects on scope, on time, and on budget in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentComfort partnering with creative and design teams; familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop), plus project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Jira)Compensation, Benefits & Perks:Competitive base salary401K matchFlexible PTOHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFitness ReimbursementsCommuter pre-tax benefitsCompany paid lunch once a weekThe opportunity to revolutionize real world medicine and amplify the voice of physicians globally
