About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at Onda Corporation in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
This position will take a proactive role in managing office logistics,
Serve as the interface greeting visitors, directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner,
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain an organized physical work space for the Company, including the front office, break room, cubicles/offices, and other locations as necessary
Maintain an organized document archive for Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal, RMA's, and Quality. This includes converting hard copy records to digital forms through scanning.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed; also provide secondary support for departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Accounting.
Assist in travel arrangements and tradeshow/conference participation.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or higher
3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
