About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and can balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance.
Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coach production employees on the night shift Plan and assign work, establish priorities, and monitor production schedules Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Partner with quality and other departments to maintain production standards and resolve issues Address employee performance, attendance, and development through coaching and accountability Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement Qualifications 3+ years of experience supervising manufacturing or production teams Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and production processes Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and team development Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Additional Requirements: Ability to work an overnight shift and occasional overtime, weekends, or schedule changes as needed Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPEForklift experience/certification preferred; training may be provided Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
