Remote Bookkeeper

Description**Only candidates based in Colombia will be considered for this role. This position is 100% remoteWe're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financialoperations of the business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records,processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with routine bookkeeping tasks. Theideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cloud-based accounting andfinancial platforms.Key Responsibilities● Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.● Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.● Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.● Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.● Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.● Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.● Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.● Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.● Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.● Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as neededRequirements● At least 5 year experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role● Advanced English● Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.● Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills● Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferredPreferred Qualifications ● Familiarity with month-end close and basic financial reporting.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.● Experience working with cloud-based accounting and financial software is a plus.
