About the role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 plus years) leading lean transformations in a manufacturing, supply chain, or service industry environment. Strong understanding of lean principles, including value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and waste reduction techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Abilities: Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
- Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
- Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
