Compensation:$55,000 at plan Responsibilities:Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Qualifications:Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Two years of previous sales experience Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred About Company Established in Louisiana since 1977 Excellent reputation Strong existing customer base Upside growth potential Opportunity to help shape the future of the company Performance-based compensation Leadership opportunities as the company grows
