About the role
To elevate customer satisfaction and operational success, a full-time Florida Licensed Call Center Supervisor will lead, coach, and support remote call center agents while monitoring performance metrics and conducting training sessions.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels
Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Required qualifications
Must have 1 year or more of recent call center leadership experience
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work any shift within 8 AM-9 PM EST/CST, Monday-Friday
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace (no mobile hotspots allowed)
