About the role

Corporate Recruiting AssociatePLS Logistics ServicesPLS Logistics Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Associate to support our corporate recruiting team across a wide range of professional openings. This role will be heavily focused on candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting data. As the position develops, the Corporate Recruiting Associate will have the opportunity to take on additional recruiting responsibilities, including conducting initial candidate screens and helping evaluate candidates for open positions.
What You'll Do: Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards/platforms. Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open corporate positions. Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.Prepare and format candidate summaries for submission to hiring managers. Coordinate second- and third-round interviews by matching candidate availability with hiring-manager calendars. Send Microsoft Teams invitations, interview confirmations, and candidate reminders. Send first-day reminder communications to new hires. Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring data using Microsoft Excel. Support recruiters with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed. As you become familiar with PLS positions and recruiting processes, take on initial candidate screening responsibilities.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required.1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing platforms preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within recruiting.
The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who already has a foundation in recruiting and wants to grow into a larger recruiting role. The right candidate will be organized, resourceful, comfortable with technology, strong at sourcing, and able to take ownership of the recruiting process from candidate identification through interview coordination and, eventually, initial screening.
