About the Opportunity: We are currently hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development. Representatives work directly with customers to introduce products and services, identify customer needs, and provide solutions through face-to-face interactions. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help team members build confidence and strengthen their sales skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
  • Promote products, services, and current offers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Educate customers on available products, services, pricing, and promotions
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Guide customers through the sales process
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Develop strong product and service knowledge
  • Track sales activity and individual performance
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
