This role serves as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned dealers, providing sales support, training, and consultative guidance to increase product penetration, strengthen dealer engagement, and achieve annual sales objectives. The position partners closely with dealers and internal business partners to identify opportunities, resolve F&I-related challenges, and support the continued growth of HCI's insurance product portfolio.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTDevelop and execute assigned district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue growth for Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP, and other vehicle protection products.Build and manage strong dealer relationships by serving as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships, identifying business opportunities, addressing dealer needs, and supporting achievement of annual sales objectives.Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals, general managers, finance managers, and F&I teams to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer presentation of vehicle protection products.Analyze district performance, sales trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities, monitor progress against goals, recommend action plans, and communicate insights to internal leadership and business partners.Partner with internal stakeholders and dealer personnel to resolve F&I-related challenges, support program implementation, ensure compliance with business requirements, and strengthen the overall dealer and customer experience.
