Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Florida | Gandia Blasco USAGandia Blasco USA is seeking a strategic, self-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to expand our commercial and residential footprint throughout the Florida market. As a premier Spanish design group recognized for contemporary architectural outdoor furniture and handmade artisan indoor and outdoor area rugs, we are looking for a dedicated professional to represent our brands in the field: GANDIABLASCO, GAN, and Diabla. Operating remotely, this is a travel-focused outside sales role where you will be instrumental in actively developing the territory, visiting key firms, and cultivating long-term relationships with top industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic outside sales initiatives targeting the Florida Architecture & Design (A&D) community, luxury developers, and commercial clients.• Conduct frequent, proactive visits and product presentations for GANDIABLASCO, GAN, and Diabla to A&D firms to secure product specifications for both commercial and high-end residential projects.• Manage the comprehensive sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, quoting, order processing, and post-delivery support.• Represent the brands professionally at local industry networking events, trade shows, and design association meetings to build territory awareness.• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools to track activity, forecast sales, and manage client relationships effectively.
Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of outside sales, territory management, or B2B sales experience in luxury furniture, textiles, or high-end design.• An active, established network within the Florida A&D industry (Miami/South Florida network highly preferred).• High-end retail and residential sales experience is a strong plus.• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote, travel-heavy territory role.• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with a polished executive presence.• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and standard order management systems.• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly advantageous for this market.• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the state of Florida.• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
