About the role

To drive revenue growth and retention within existing enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Relationship Manager will manage the full expansion cycle, proactively source new opportunities, and build strategic account plans while collaborating closely with Customer Success and leadership. Key Responsibilities Own the full expansion cycle: create pipeline, close, expand, and renew within existing enterprise accounts Proactively source new opportunities across business units, teams, and geographies Build and execute strategic account plans grounded in org mapping and whitespace analysis Required Qualifications 3-7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including selling into enterprise organizations Proven success driving expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell) within existing accounts Experience managing account retention and mitigating churn risk in a subscription or SaaS environment Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
