About the role
Quality Control Inspector IICox Automotive is seeking a Quality Control Inspector II to ensure our telecom- and media-enabled automotive solutions meet stringent quality standards. In this role, you will inspect digital and physical components, validate system performance, and accurately document defects and test results. You'll collaborate with engineers and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of telecom/media-enabled automotive products, components, and systems against specifications and standards. Document findings, defects, and test results accurately in QMS or related tools. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to investigate issues and support root cause analysis. Recommend and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve quality. Use measurement tools, test equipment, and checklists to verify product performance and compliance. Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO and company standards. Communicate quality trends and risks to supervisors and cross-functional stakeholders.
