About the role
Credit Analyst Our client, a leading business services division of a national food distribution company, is seeking a Credit Analyst for an on-site role in Honolulu, HI. The Credit Analyst ensures timely collection of customer payments by analyzing accounts and collaborating with Sales and customers, while managing individual credit metrics and supporting departmental
Responsibilities:
Initiate collection activities for delinquent payments using phone, email, and dunning letters; escalate to Managers or Account Executives as to credit and local inquiries or disputes by phone; create new disputes for controlled accounts. Research financial disputes and inquiries related to customer accounts. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues, discrepancies, and past-due balances. Perform past-due account analysis and monitor credit performance metrics. Support strategic credit department initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections.
Working knowledge of collection practices and past-due account analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
About the Role
Contract Duration: Approximately 1,040 hours (long-term contract assignment).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: On-site in Honolulu, HI (96819).
Travel: None required (0%).
Interview Process: In-person interviews only.
