About the role

Reaktor is hiring a People Operations professional to run the US and Canada employment lifecycle. You will coordinate payroll, onboarding, contracts, leaves, and data accuracy in a global HR framework. Your role is the local operations owner with support from a global People & Culture team, ensuring compliant, efficient processes. You will partner with global Centers of Expertise, manage local vendor relationships, and guide colleagues while improving NA operations to fit local market
